Control conveyor line
The Clever system controls the conveyor of the assembly line according to the current situation and production needs. The line can be slowed, accelerated or stopped. Products and their position on the conveyor line are identified by RFID chips.
Defining stop conditions
When defining individual production operations for the Clever system Client module it is possible to determine all conditions under which the condition of the conveyor of the production line will change. This is primarily a stop in case of serious production errors.
Signaling which workplace stopped the line
The Clever system Client module sends information about the line conveyor stop due to a serious kernel error and other clients on the assembly line. The information is then displayed in an appropriate manner - for example, on a large-screen display and at terminals of managers.
Run by authorized person
A line stopped because of a serious manufacturing process error cannot be started by an ordinary worker. To ensure the procedures required by the quality management systems (ISO9001), this authorization is only available to the manager who remedies the non-standard situation and unlocks the client module using special bar codes, which then starts the assembly line conveyor.
