Checking that the part is correct

Check the correctness of the assembled part With current requirements to accelerate production, improve quality and adhere to ISO9001 quality management system principles, many of the manipulations on production lines are still not fully automated, as the use of human power is often more efficient and flexible. As the variety of production or delivery variants increases, ensuring rapid and reliable delivery of materials or parts in production becomes increasingly important. But wherever people work, it is not possible to resist their mistakes - improper picking, incorrect assembly, confusion or discrepancies in the preparation of the order or order according to the technology. Subsequent costs resulting from incorrect delivery, costly verification, missing or bad parts in the production or distribution process, etc. cannot be underestimated.

Pick To Light

Checking the correctness of the assembled part is done in many ways. The currently required parts are clearly marked with optical signaling and their pickup by the operator is controlled by optical sensors in the visible or infrared spectrum. The Clever system client checks whether the parts have been removed from the correct positions of the used parts and records them together with the performed operations in the SQL database.

Barcode

The correct part is checked by reading the barcode by the operator during assembly. The Clever system client checks the barcode of the used part and in case of disagreement it warns the operator and the tools will not be unblocked. In the configuration of the operation it is possible to define the content of the scanned code, for example position 1 - 5 = part number of the position, 6 - 10 = serial number, ... The scanned part data are recorded in the SQL database.

Blind audit

It is used to check sequentially picked parts. The worker does not know what part is required and performs the correctness check by marking the part currently present in the offer of various variants - mostly on the touch terminal. The Clever system client checks whether the correct option is selected and the part can be mounted. If an incorrect option is indicated, the operator is notified of this fact and the tool required for assembly is not released. Data about used parts and operations Clever system client records into SQL database.

Automatic picking

Assembly of the required part is ensured by automatic picking of the right parts from the respective containers. Picking can be realized, for example, with a rack with slide conveyors. The Clever system client controls the release of the respective containers. Automatic picking can be combined with other checks such as barcode reading or Blind auditing.

Camera

Checking the correctness of the required part is ensured by an optical camera system with recognition of the correct configuration. According to the recognized information, either the corresponding part is picked or the suitability of the assembled part is checked and the tools will not be unblocked in case of non-compliance. Data about used parts and operations Clever system client records into SQL database.

Poka-joke

Poka joke is a production system that minimizes unintentional, inattentional errors. The method of manufacture is adapted so that one manufacturing operation can be performed in only one way. The operations and parts are set up so that the worker cannot be mistaken in series production. The Clever system client blocks parts, fixtures or tools until certain conditions are met. When the conditions are met, the tools are released and operations together with part numbers are recorded in the SQL database.
