Using these identifiers, workers log on to the workplace or attendance terminal. Employee records are managed by the Clever System Time terminal module, which allows you to track employees and the time spent at each site. By default, each record in the records shall contain the personal data of the holder of the means of identification, his photograph and the history of the identifiers assigned. Also, all records of technological operations carried out in production contain this employee identification.

Login to the workplace

The registration of the worker at the workplace is done by scanning the identification number on the personal card or identification chip by the login terminal. After identification, the operator can enter additional data (order, workplace ...).

Time management

Clever system time management is a module for data processing from login terminals - the basic function is keeping records of persons and their assigned identifiers. Through the application it is possible to print cards with bar codes or print smart cards. The identification terminals can work in off-line and on-line mode. The system enables data sharing with other information systems, such as human resources, order cost recording, or payroll calculation software. The basic system can be extended with additional modules (see Attendance records).

Attendance system

The attendance register ensures the recording of arrivals and departures of workers from any number of access points. These places are equipped with terminals that are connected to the local computer network. Each terminal contains two ID card or chip readers and an LCD monitor for displaying information. The monitor can be supplied as a touch screen on which you can define buttons to determine the reason for exits and arrivals. The attendance system can be extended with a number of other modules (see Registration of attendance).

Barcode

Identifiers assigned to employees, as well as special cards intended for entering non-standard operations into the Clever system in the form of a bar code, can be printed directly by some modules of the Clever system (Time management, attendance system, Clever system Web Tools).

RFID

The identifiers assigned to the workers can be in the form of RFID chips, which are read by the RFID terminal. The function is the same as BARCODE - or is it stored more information ??
