Clever System consists of software modules that can be freely combined and configured according to production requirements. The modules communicate with each other via a local computer network. The data generated during production is sent to the SQL database server and archived there.

Clever Kernel
The communication core - Clever Kernel - generates a list of manufacturing operations and parts for each product as required by the superior system. The generated data is sent to workplaces managed by Clever Client. It provides communication with individual modules on the production line and at the same time acts as a manager of technological and status databases.

Clever Web
Web tools - Clever Web Tools - a set of software modules that enable access to information and data defining the production process and data generated during these processes through a www interface. Furthermore, they enable and retrieve the technological data stored in the SQL server databases. This interface enables the search, overview, configuration, control and modification of the production process. Basic functions can be extended with additional modules.
Clever Operational Method Sheets
Evidence of technological (assembly working) procedures (OMS) is an application designed for editing the management of manuals placed at workplaces. The procedures can be linked to a BOM where the technologist selects individual parts and counts of units and assigns them to the operations defined at each site of the production line. For BOM-dependent procedures, the application monitors changes to BOMs and notifies them of the relevant technology. The output is a PDF document with operations and illustrative photographs intended for printing or the procedures can be displayed directly on the workplace monitor.
