Production requirements come from the superior IT system to the communication core - the Clever system (CS) of the kernel. For each product, the CS kernel generates a list of production operations sent to individual workplaces managed by cs-Client. Incoming requests are sorted by the CS kernel directly to the main queue sent to the workplace or to the stacks. From the trays, products can be sorted to the main queue via the SequenceControl module. By means of this module it is also possible to move products from the main queue to one of the containers.

Any number of stacks can be defined.

Rules can be set to automatically sort incoming production requests into individual containers.

  • 'Main Queue' - Product sequence (product configuration) synchronized to cs-Clients.
  • 'Stack' - A sequence of products classified according to user-defined rules. Not sent to cs-Clients.

I would put this somewhere on how csClient works.       The Clever system client sorts requests into its local queue and performs production operations in the specified order. The completion and result of each operation is recorded in the SQL database. Tracking production progress, reordering products or operations, replacing or prohibiting the use of certain parts, or other non-standard interventions in the production process can be done using Clever Web Tools.
