Andon
Andon is an integrated computer system that signals, visualizes and records problems that occur on the production line. It is a system developed by Toyota as part of the Toyota Production System. Andon refers to luminous panels (large screens) informing about the current state of the workplace or the entire assembly line. Most often it distinguishes 4 states:
green - production orange - tool change or production change red - failure white - not produced, planned outage
